Michael was extremely helpful in getting our property positioned for sale. He arranged many open house events to ensure we had as much prospective buyer traffic as possible. When we received purchase offers, he gave helpful advice to assist us in evaluating those offers. After we were under contract, Michael constantly stayed on top of the process to make sure that the buyer got all the information needed to continue with due diligence efforts. In a very competitive market for the limited number of ground floor two bedroom two bath units, and in the face of our many specific desires (not too close to the dumpsters, not too close to the parking lots, not too close to the air conditioner compressors, etc., etc.) she showed us a number of units before she was able to find an off-market unit and negotiated a sale before it ever hit the market. She not only achieved a very favorable price, but also obtained improvements by the seller (another real estate professional), and even a credit to the price for some items that needed repair.
