Michael was extremely helpful in getting our property positioned for sale. He arranged many open house events to ensure we had as much prospective buyer traffic as possible. When we received purchase offers, he gave helpful advice to assist us in evaluating those offers. After we were under contract, Michael constantly stayed on top of the process to make sure that the buyer got all the information needed to continue with due diligence efforts.
